I purchased this Alba DVD Player from Argos, it cost £37.95.
So far I've got this to play all of the above which are DVD's, CD-R's, CD-RW's, MP3's and WMA's and well I haven't tried the Kodak Picture CD because I haven't got one to try but so far so good. It can also switch between PAL and NTSC or you can have it on Auto. The thing I haven't managed to do is to get it to play VCD's or SVCD's. There is a way of getting this to play other DVD's I'll explain how to do that later. All in All this is a very good DVD player especially for the price I bought it at it does virtually everything on the box. This has good picture quality and sound, also if you connect this DVD player to your Hi-Fi system you can get good sound out of it.
Multi-Region Explanation
Step 1. First open the the door for where you insert disc's
Step 2. Then enter the code 2812
Step 3. A secret menu comes up where you can select the region
Step 4. Choose the region you want and thats it insert the disc and close the door
